Adoptees are Dying Because of Lack of Medical Information
The Green Ribbon campaign was begun to bring attention to the fact that adoptees, because they have no right to their medical and birth
information, are more likely to be misdiagnosed and mistreated by the medical profession. Many adoptees have died because of lack of
medical history. Courts deny opening adoption records, even when there is a legitimate, medical cause.
This is why many people affected by adoption support state laws that allow adoptees at age 21, or adoptive parents of a minor adopted child,
to obtain the adoptee's original birth certificate.
Please support this cause. Wear a green ribbon, and when someone asks, tell them adoptees are dying because the adoption industry is more
concerned about a FALSE "birthmother confidentiality" than adoptees' rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
